AEO for health and legal · Early access

See what AI answers say about your practice or firm

People ask AI engines about clinics, practices and law firms. Arke AEO's AI Answer Tracker asks the same questions your clients ask, set up for Australian searches, and keeps a word-for-word record of every answer: the date, the question and the sources it cited. Tracking Grok today, with ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot rolling out.

What you see for every question
  • Cited and named: the answer links to your site and names your brand.
  • Cited only: your site is linked as a source, but your brand isn't named in the text.
  • Named only: your brand is named, but your site isn't cited.
  • Found in sources only: the engine looked at your page while searching but didn't cite it.
  • Absent: neither your site nor your brand appears.

Shown engine by engine, never blended into one headline figure. A single score sits underneath as a secondary measure.

Why it matters

In health and legal, a wrong AI answer costs trust.

People can ask AI engines who to see, what it costs and whether you can help. The answer might name you, a competitor or nobody at all, and it might get your details wrong.

Health and legal services in Australia work under strict advertising and conduct rules, so what an AI engine says about you matters more than usual. You write your own pages with care. You don't write the AI answer.

So when an answer quotes an old fee, lists a service you don't offer, places you in the wrong area, or implies an outcome you'd never promise, it's your business people read about. Your analytics won't show it, because the answer appears on the engine's page, not yours. It's worth knowing what's being said, in the engine's exact words.

How it works

How the tracker checks each engine

Three steps, repeated on a schedule. Official APIs only, fresh sessions every time, set up for Australian searches.

  1. Your questions

You or your agency choose the questions your clients really ask: what it costs, what you offer, where you work, and how to book.

  2. Asked, again and again

Each question goes to the engine through its official API, several times in fresh sessions, because AI answers change from one ask to the next. Grok runs today. ChatGPT and Perplexity are rolling out.

  3. Word for word, on the record

Every answer is saved exactly as the engine gave it, with the date, the question and the sources it cited, so you can read it and act on it. Coming soon: automatic checks against your own facts.

Features

What every check records

The exact answer, on record

Each answer is stored word for word, with the date, the engine, the question and every source it cited. If an answer gets something wrong about you, you have the evidence to check, share with your team or take to your agency.

Who gets cited instead

When you're not cited, the tracker records which sites the engine relied on instead, such as other providers, directories and official sources. It also saves the search queries the engine ran, so you can see what it went looking for.

Coming soon

Wrong facts, flagged

You'll keep a short facts file: your fees, the services you do and don't offer, your service area, and claims you'd never make, such as promising a particular result. Answers that don't match will go to a review queue, and a person confirms each one before it counts.

Honest by design

Official APIs only, with no scraping of AI apps or Google. Google AI Overviews and Copilot figures will come from your own Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools (rolling out). We record what engines say. We don't promise citations, and the tracker isn't a compliance or legal advice tool.

The evidence

Every answer kept, word for word

Each answer is saved with the date, the engine, the question and the exact text it gave, plus the sources it cited. Nothing is paraphrased or summarised away. Checks against your own facts, with a person confirming each flag, are coming soon. Results from real tracking will be added here once they're measured and approved.

FAQ

Common questions

Which engines does it check?

Grok is checked today, through xAI's official API. ChatGPT and Perplexity are rolling out, along with Google AI Overviews and AI Mode (from Search Console) and Copilot (from Bing Webmaster Tools). An engine is marked live only once it's running. More on engines

Does it check whether I'm compliant?

No. It records what AI engines say about you, word for word, so you and your advisers can review it. It doesn't assess compliance or give legal or regulatory advice, and it isn't endorsed by any regulator. More on what it does

Can it make sure I'll be cited?

No. The tracker measures whether AI answers name and cite you. It doesn't promise citations or placement. More on what it can and can't do
